I had a leaky sink and for the service I contacted your service dept. After continuously calling for a week, a technician showed up and seemed to fix it. But the next day the leak re-appeared . I called up again and the service team was not responding properly. A team led by Ms Mary was incharge and had given false promises as the technician will come next morning. But he never turned up. It's been 4 days since then. So far no luck. I never expected this kind of a service from such a reputed company. Very poor and pathetic. I have decided not to go for a futura sink for my newly bought house.
