This is kumar prashant here and i would like to register my complaint regarding the unprofessional approach of the bag it today

i had booked a parcel with bag it today vide order id 998850826 dated 12-oct-2010

i received msg frm bag it today after not receiving my parcel that it has been despatched using aramex courier vide consignment no. 6169469202 dated 01-nov-2010.

And till now i have not received my parcel. When enquiring bag it today they told me that address was incomplete and incorrect and shipment has been rescheduled by the courier company.

Surprisingly when i tracked my parcel on the web site of aramex courier i got conflicting status, once they said delivery location was closed and shipment rescheduled. Same was repeated one more time and then they started publishing that delivery address was incomplete.

My question is "if delivery address was incomplete then how come they were publishing initially that "delivery location was closed". If delv address was closed then it simply means that address was correct and no person were found at the mentioned location to delv the parcel. While their later status " address incorrect" totally conflicts their earlier updates.

Now, coming to bag it today, i am asking them to resend my parcel and have sent 7-8 mail reminder regarding the same but no answer from them and also i receive no answer on their helpline nos. Too.

Please bring justice to me and guide what i should do now :d
