I had taken car loan from ICICI bank. My loan account is LAPUN00017626261.
It has been observed that every month on 1st, my EMI is deducted. However my salary is credited on my
account on 3rd of every month.
At the time of loan approval, as per loan agreement, EMI was scheduled on 3rd of every month.
I had even contacted Customer care; however I got reply that they are helpless. & ICICI bank withdrawn
penalty charges of about 1300 rs. from my account for missing ECS date.

So request you to do the needful ASAP. I need justice. How to proceed for this?
