Dear Sir/Madam,

*This is to draw your attention towards the way Airtel company treats their
customer.

I am having a prepaid connection with Airtel. Its a has been started 15.11.2010.
My mob no 9633131454. sim no 89919500000995461498
Now it is not working with out any information. Afterwards, my mobile started
displaying a message SIM card registration failed. I was having balance in my account.

First I called Airtel Customer Care, where they were not able ti give me any
reply as they didn't had any information. Then I personally went to
Airtel delar city center kannur. There I was informed that my
number has been deleted from their system due to some document problem. And
now they are asking me to apply for a new connection and that too with some
other number.

This has been ridiculous.This is too stressing for me. Its not easy for me
to switch over to a new number and this is very important for me to have this number.


The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.

Please help me out....
