Hi,

I was hold SBI card 3 yrs back. That time I made some transaction by card and payed in time. Bank never
sent me any statement for payment , I normally asked them for outstanding payment. Suddenly I got call from them and they asked me to deposit outstanding. I told that all payment paid be me. But they add some interest/
penalty on outstanding. Now they are continously giving call on my mobile and asked to deposit outstanding
. Few days back they called and told that he is lawyer of bank asked my wife to come to police station as
I was not in India. He told so rudly that wife was totally in shok. I so many time told that I paid all dues in
time but they are not lisening.

I logged 2 years back same complaint to consumer form, Please suggest what to do.
