Update: I have spoken to 2 supervisors - Rahul Agarwal and Ejaz. I was promised that I would get a return call within 24 hours, but there was no response whatsoever. Nobody in the call center is ready to give me the contact details of higher ups in the organization so that I can take my case through them. Visiting the local office in Bangalore also did not help. I got a reply saying they deal only with physical booking and paper tickets. All online bookings have to be dealt with through the call center. Please take this case and help me get a refund quickly from this organization.
