I have puchased a HP laptop model:- HP Pavilion Notebook dv6-1211AX S. no. CNF9310H6W on date 24-09-2009.
Having Configuration AMD Turion X2 Mobile technology RM-75@ 2.2Ghz, 4 GB RAM, 320GB HDD, DVD Writer. 15.6"TFT. Operating System Windows Vista home Premium with a 1 year warrenty.
But I am facing following issues since last 6 months.
1. MY Battery is not working since last three months I have register a complain regarding that but there is no responce.
2. There is lot of heating problems in my computer. It goes to hibernate less then 15 min due to heating problem.

I am very much disturbed due to these problem and nobody is responding on that. I am afraid that i dont have any other option then going to the CONSUMER FORUM as i have the gunine case.

Please let me know the solution of my problem.
