I m Dileep Rajpoot and my cell ph. no is 8126554439. Airtel Customer care service is very bad and their rsponse is very harshing and ill-mannered. They even don`t know how to talk with the customer. They don`y want to listen anything and they just putting the blame on us. Even I have took the service of DND(Do not disturb) still ther are disturbing me by unusual call and msgs.
***They have activated the service Ramayana and deduted balane from my a/c when I asked them to return back my money then they refuse for the same and they are not ready to accept their mistake. ***
Someone hah to punish them or take some strict action the service provider coz even they geeting the charge of calling but not providing the services.
