    Default Reliance netconnect broadband+ datacard

    Hi,

I wanted to buy a datacard for internet, so i called up JustDial to get the numbers for reliance datacard dealers.

The dealers themselves called me to sell there product.

I bought this RELIANCE NETCONNECT BROADBAND+ from them with 3.1mbps speed.

The representative(who sold me this datacard), came to my place and gave me the datacard. He told me that your connection is ready and right now the speed is very slow so you can wait for a couple of hours till 5pm and you will get good speed.

I tried to connect the internet from this datacard at about 6pm but i did not get any good speed.

I called up customer care and they said that your connection has not activated and it will take approximately 72 hrs for activation, so after that you will be abe to connect to internet with 3.1mpbs speed.

I tried to connect internet after 3 days, again same problem. I called customer care again and the representative told me that he is filing a compliant from my side and gave me a complaint number as 142676881. He told me that my complaint will be resolved with in 48 hrs.

I waited for a representative from reliance's side for almost 3 days but no one turned up.

I again tried to connect to internet but i again got the same issue i.e. not enough speed for the product that was sold to me(3.1mbps).

I called customer care again and they said that my complaint number has been closed as my area is under "weaker coverage area" and that it will take time for the resolution.

I told him that if that is the case than the dealer and representative should have told me beforehand, that i will face this kind of problem and hence i should not have bought this datacard.
So i told customer care executive that I dont want this datacard anymore and they can send somebody to take it back and refund my money. He said that there is no company policy to do so.

I want to complaint against Reliance, for selling me the datacard and not mentioning that my area is under "Weaker coverage area".

Can I get any help on this?

    RCOMcare Team,

I got a call from your one of the Reliance company employee few days back and he mentioned that he is from legal department. During the discussion he mentioned that he understands the problem but could not do any thing for weaker coverage area and that I have to wait till the coverage improves.

Can I get an answer as to why I should pay for a service which I am unable to use?

I am still unsure for, whenever the company asks for address proof's etc, why the weaker coverage area's not checked.

It is a very very disstaisfied experience as a customer and i think reliance is not at all doing good for the customers.

I asked the legal department person (and customer care executive previously) to take this equipment back from me and refund my money, they said that there is no company policy to take this back.

I think the Indian companies should learn a lesson from the companies like Honda, Toyota etc which take there CARS back incase of any faults.

Also, when noone is sure about when the resolution will take place, why they are still charging me for the services??

As mentioned above I am also emailing this to rcom.care@relianceada.com.

    Can I get any advice?

Default Cheating and forgery against speed telecom

    Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased two post paid data cards for official purpose on the name of Sujit G Kumar, Collectives for integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CINI)from one of the dealer named Speed Telecom whose address is B-35, supathII,Nr. Old Vadaj Bus Stand, Ashram Road (Ahmedabad-13) ph no. 079-40304747,40084949. Two data cards no. are 9328640579 and 9327195946 in a scheme 4 months unlimited (5 GB/Month). For that we have provided the cheque of Rs. 5000 to seller on 7th March 2012 (cheque No. 146192, Hdfc bank).

Seller has cheated us first on providing pre paid card instead of Post paid card secondly not stand as per quotation given by him for the scheme (4 months unlimited with 5 GB/ Month). Now we are chasing him from last 10 days for activation and balance in the data card but he has not responding as well as not picking up our calls.

We would urge and request you to do the necessary action as soon as possible.

Looking forward to your kind cooperation and request you to look into this matter very seriously.

Also attaching invoice, Quotation and photo copy of the cheque for your kind perusal.

    Thanking You

    Best Regards,
