I have taken a Personal Loan on 27/09/2005 Amount 55000.00, Paid Vide Cheque No.:015435 (Rs. 53788.00 after deduction of Agents Commission) (Agreement Number LPDEL00004554160). One installment for 1 X 36 months has come out for Rs. 2072.00. I was never willing to miss my EMIs and paid all EMIs on time and the loan completed on 19.09.2008. I have taken 53788.00 as a loan and paid 74592.00 in 36 months installments.

Issue is this that one letter has come now on 30-11-2010 after a gap of two year from the ICICI Bank mentioning that your Rs. 3947.00 (approx.) is due against your personal loan (Agreement Number LPDEL00004554160). Earlier at the time of loan tenure I have missed some EMIs (due date is first of every month) which i have paid by cash in same month to the bank's executive (i have the receipts), no EMIs is due on me. As I have requested to ICICI Bank that my salary is coming generally on 4th or 5th of every month so bank can fix my due date on 7th of every month, this I have done several times ( I have the proofs), but the ICICI bank is interested only in the EMIs not in the customers help.

So please go into the matter and help me I have already paid so much of money for the loan. I am a very poor person I cannot pay further any amount to ICICI Bank, and please order to the Bank that they can issue me a no dues certificate against this loan number mentioned above.
