I, Pradyumna Panigrahy had bought a Samsung Coby Mobile Model No. M5650 9months back. 10 days back there was some problem in the handset as the touchpad is not workingand so had given the handset to repair at service centre at Thane . After so many days also they didnt repair and was told the part is not available.Getting same excuses from the service center from last 5 days. I m not able to use my handset due to these delays.Getting excuses that the part itself is not available in Samsung warehouses.Such type of services is not expected from a brand like Samsung.Its a shame. Seriously guys now every one has to think before purchasing a Samsung handset. It really sad.They keep on sayong contact after 2 days to checkthe availability of the component. Every time I call they were just extending the days. When asked about the reason, they said due to part shortage it is pending when part will come we will give to you.I had suffered financial losses and mentally distrub because of this.Please help.
