    Dear Mam/ Sir,

I have bought a rain coat for rs521/- in Revathi home needs on 06th Dec and when i tried it next day found the water was leaking
in side the pant, the next day when i was checked with them they told all goods which we buy from their shop
cant be exchanged.and they telling that we need to check before buying ( my question is how we will check a rain coat while buying whether its leaking or not) and the way they are treating the customer with such complaints is too bad.

Request you to take necessary action regarding this. Cause lot of poor people bought these rain coats on that
same day and they will also get same response from the shop when they approch for the same issue.
I think they are selling poor quality products with high price.

    Regards,
    Mohan.

    Default Philips cooker blast

There has been a cooker blast in my house on 25th dec 2011 at 9 am. The blast was so severe that it has damaged my ceiling roof with some part of it being broken. The entire ceiling has turned brown because of (dal) stains which were stuck to the ceiling because of the blast.I will have to repair and repaint my ceiling because of the blast. I demand an explanation from your organisation as to how such a blast could occur in spite off all the quality checks and seek compensation for the same.

    Post Cheating poor people

    Dear sir/madam,
I bought a Orient Fan ,Butterfly induction stove (18.04.14) in Revathi stores perambur After a week The pedestal fan switch ( hanging Type) damaged ,I lodged immediately but till date no response from their side . so don't buy a any product from revathi store , Especially electrical or electronics goods.
But you can buy plastic Toilet mugs , broom stick, toilet cleaning chemicals,Dust bins etc.

I hope it may reach few only because in this locality , 90% of the people are poor workers and they wont go for browsing, here most of them don't know the market price of the items available in Revathy store , Here in revathy they sell small things like safety pin , hanger clips for less price because the margin (profit) is only 10 paise , at the same time they sell Chinese items like chocolates( bad for child health), toys with 100 % margin ( profit is Double ) .

Please read this and make awareness among people , for any clarification pl call geethalaxmi -lecturer

Default Under quality products in Revathi Stores, Perambur, Chennai

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a fancy show article like Toy water shower for Rs. 750/- for placing it in reception desk for a small food restaurant i owned in 2009, but it worked for just only 15 to 20 days, but when i approached the shop regarding this, they said it is only their responsibility to sell, not to do any customer service like giving solution for repair products purchased from them and also no replacement they said.. Again in 2014, i can't remember the month, i bought a kids bicycle for my 6 yr old kid for R. 3250/- and it just went well for him only for 1 month or so, and I was repairing it frequently and spent around Rs. 500/- for it till now in repairing it. So the products sold at Revathi Home Needs are underquality and also the price margin for these underquality products they sell r too high. So please look into this.......before going.

    Regards,
    Mahesh.

Default Public Cheating as Electronic Goods Seller

    Hello Sirs,
I saw an advertisement through internet, selling Branded Video Camera at cheap rate. Once i contacted the person, he said he stays at Bangalore and the product will be dispatched directly from UK United Kingdom, on trust i placed an order worth Rs.1,72,000 for the below list of products
    - Video Camera Rs.80000
    - Microphone Rs.15000
    - Adapter Rs.6000
    - Laptop Rs.41000
    - Mobile Phone Rs.16000
    - Video Capture Card Rs.14000
    Total product value is Rs.1,72,000,

They asked 20 percentage of the total value towards Shipment Cost involved, i agreed an paid Rs.34,400 to the Bank of Baroda in the Name of SUJITH MENON, Account Number 42930100005071, payable at KALYAN NAGAR and the IFSC Code is BARBOKALBAN. After clearing the payment he advised me to send the scan copy of the Bank Chalan to verify the payment. After receiving my payment he sent me a Shipment Courier website with a tracking ID. On 25th morning when i checked the courier website, it was not working, and it seems that website was temporarily created by them to make a big fraud. After that when i searched in google website, i came to know that this same person is doing fraudulent money transactions and lots of people across India are being cheated. One of the cheated person wrote a write up saying that, this is a fraud company and they will never transit any product as promised. He also mentioned that, after receiving 20 percentage as advance, they will ask more money saying that the shipment is caught at the New Delhi Airport by the Customs authority and demand more money, even if you clear that customs money, they will give a fake customs clearance certificate for that time, and demand more money saying that the shipment is caught under Anti terrorism clearance. On 25th Dec 2014 i went to the Cyber Crime Commissioner Office and tried to give a note to higher officials, respected ASP of Cyber Crime advised me to lodge a Complaint at the nearest Police Station.

The tragedy is, even Police officials are not taking any necessary steps though we have their working contact phone numbers. I requested them to trace the Mobile Number and catch them red handed, but i think Police will work only for Top priority VIP's. Still there is no reply from the Department, if this would have happened to any VIP this would have been considered as a serious issue and Police Department would have taken necessary action. Since im a common man, and i dont have any influence in the Department, my complaint is just as it is in the paper. The Police officials also advised me to forget the money that i have given to the fraud group, though i asked them to stop this fraud group to cheat public, the Department authorities told thats not my problem to save others money.

Still this fraud group is advertising in OLX and QUICKR websites using Premium Paid option to cheat public money. They frequently design a website for temporary purpose and within the domain expiry date they try to mint money and register a new domain with a new design.

Kindly let me know if these fraudulent group will be caught or not.
