Dish TV New Connection I had booked a new connection on 27th Nov and I was promised that I will get a new connection within 24 hrs(MAIL I). The guys came on a week after on 4th Dec for installation and said I will have to pay 300 Rs extra(apart from Rs 221 installation) even though cabling was less than 15 mts.
When I refused the guys left and I logded a complaint against the dealer with customer care.
Customer care promised that they will do the installation next day on 6th Dec(MAIL II). Its 9th Dec these guys are neither provinding the new connection nor returning the amount I paid for new connection.
I called them so many times but everytime all I get is false promises.
I want my money back - what should I do pls guide.

Hello,
If the wire is not used for what I should pay 300 Rs apart from installation
charges of 221 Rs.
I dont have any alternate number, if you are calling from outside bangalore add
"0" before the number.
If you cant refund I regret I will have to move to consumer court with no
alternative left.
