Sir, m Raj Kumar Sehgal, from timarpur, delhi sir, i had booked my order for a TCL Camcoder on 30/11/2010 by my SBI Credit, by using my phone i placed my order. Sir my order number is 000183618. I got the advertisement of camcorder in my SBI Credit cards monthly statement. They booked my order by taking my credit card details. They deducted money from my account on the spot but after few days on 6/12/2010 when i got the camcoder that was not working. When i tried to complaint them they did not paid importance to me whenever i called them they ask me reason for calling and they just disconnect my call. Now they had something to my number by which i m not able to call them. I need your help i want they should be punished and my money should be refunded. I would like if you can pay importance to my cpmplaint. I m tottally cheated by them .
