i have an airtel broadband connection in delhi #01147354416
i booked an iptv connection on the same no. on 27th november 2010 n paid 1750/- for the same .....i gave the payment to brajesh who is under amit tripathi(airtel sales executives)
however the connection has not been installed till date because of a mistake in filling my iptv request form by these sales agents.
i resgistered a complaint at airtel but they say that u shld have a receipt no. fore the same which i dont have since the sales guys told me that for an existing connection u dont get a receipt no.
plz help
its more than 15 days i gave the payment n nothing has been made clear to me.
