I had ordered combo handbag thru Ava Merchandising catalogue using ICICI credit card. the details are as below:

Even after lot of follow up when there was no sign of the product getting delivered, i cancelled my order on 25.08.10. To this effect, i had sent mail to thema and also spoke to the call centre. They said my amount would be credited back into my card within 45-60 days. Till date, i havent received any refund. Kindly help!
