I have applied for gate 2011 through online form and made payment using SBI-credit card system. But some problem has occured while making the payment.But an amount of Rs.830/- was deducted from my account for making the same payment to bill desk group who was in charge for online payment. After that I had sent the same application using chalan system. I requested for refunding the amount that i had lost.But IIT madras who is in-charge of this didnt return it back.
