I had purchased a Croma microwave oven from the croma outlet in Aundh. While purchasing the sales guy said that the delivery would be done the next day itself and the demo can be done on weekdays after 7 whenever we wish.. he was a very sweet talking guy and we fell for it and bought the oven from him.

after the payment was done..we told him that we will expect the delivery the next day.. though the next day the oven was not delivered after numerous calls the oven was finally delivered on the 3rd day.. and now when we ask for the demo of the oven the excutives reply that they are busy and they will get back to us. till now we have not had even 1 call from the croma representative .. we always call them and the same response awaits us.. we will check and see what can be done.. its been 1 month since i bought the microwave and am still waiting for the croma guys to give a demo of the product.

if this is their behaviour for an inhouse product I doubt what service they will offer for the other brands that they sell in their outlet.. my experience just says one thing..never buy anything from croma aundh.
