I have sent an important document to my friend in Kancheepuram via FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. The origin is Delhi and the Destination is Kancheepuram. The date of booking is 12th Nov 2010 and consignment number is D30363794. My colleague has n't recieved the courier till date. When we enquired to their customer care, they are saying that party was not available and sent back to origin. But as of date the parcel has n't reached anywhere. Most of the times when we call to their customer care the phone is not answering. What I will do. I lost some of the very important documents.
