    Default Complaint against Kingfisher Airlines - very poor service and highly unprofessional

    Hi,
    I am Gagan Mauli, 25 , working in a Corporate based in Bangalore.
    I am very unhappy with the services provided by apparently the best domestic airlines.
    I had the following reservation:


    ONWARD (Ludhiana - Bengaluru) Total Journey Time : 8hr 10min

    Kingfisher Red
    IT - 4362 Ludhiana New Delhi Duration Airline PNR Confirmed
    15:20 Wed 01 Dec 10 Ludhiana Airport 16:50 Wed 01 Dec 10 IGI Airport 3
    1 hrs 30 min PNR -GXFGTN
    Change Planes at New Delhi Time between flights: 4hr 00min

    Kingfisher
    IT - 207 New Delhi Bengaluru Duration Airline PNR Confirmed
    20:50 Wed 01 Dec 10 IGI Airport 3 23:30 Wed 01 Dec 10 Bengaluru Intl Airport 2 hrs 40 min PNR- GXFGTN


    On 28th Nov, I got a message from airline informing about the cancellation of flight Ludhiana- Delhi
    I requested them to retain my booking from Delhi - Bangalore valid and refund the charges for Ludhiana- Delhi.
    I was informed that if I wished for refund I would have to cancel the entire tickets till Bangalore.
    For a new booking, the difference in fare was 5000rs/-.
    After heated arguments, they resentfully agreed to refund the amount within 72 hours.
    As expected I have still not received the same even after 5 working days.

    Since I had urgent work , I had no choice but to somehow manage and catch the connecting flight.
    I left Ludhiana at 6:00 in the morning via bus (since last minute no tickets were available for train) for Delhi.

    The connecting flight which was supposed to depart at 20:50, showed no signs of take -off before 22:00.
    Since I had reached the airport in advance(around 17:00 hrs), I begged the staff to put me on the next flight to Bangalore, since I was alone and scared of travelling so late in the night.
    But the least they would do is to entertain such a request, leave alone help.
    Consequently my flight landed in Bangalore at 1:00 in the night as opposed to scheduled arrival at 23:30.
    To top it up, baggages were delayed beyond limit and also mishandled.

    I finally reached my destination at 3:00 in the morning.

    To sum it up, being a single lady travelling, I was hassled and stressed out.
    It finally added up to a total journey of 20 hours, thanks to Kingfisher Airlines.
    Is this the kind of service provided by the 5 star airline for the kind of money they charge?

    I am definitely never travelling again with them and would advise everyone against it.
    I wish to receive a compensation for all the trouble and mental strain that I had to go through.
    I am very disappointed by the level of unprofessional-ism with which these guys operate.

    I would now like to take up this issue with the Consumer Court and seek their help in getting compensation for the same.

    Default Unprofessional service by kingfisher airlines for lost baggages

    Quality of any organanization is measured by how they handle compaints or issues.

    I received unprofessional service by kingfisher airlines for the baggages I have lost in my flight from SFO to chennai with the last leg being via kingfisher airlines from columbo to chennai.

    On arrival the representative did not enter my claim for lost baggages . I had to call him multiple times for 8 hours before i received an AHL number from kingfisher. Second, the kingfisher airline refused to follow up on my lost baggage stating that they did not receive any confirmation from the previous airline though as per IATA the last airline that you travel with is the party responsible for claims and tracking lost baggages. Third no customer support for lost baggages available via phone or online. One needs to go to the kingfisher office in airport to track one's lost baggages.

    I need help to get my baggages back and i am not getting much from kingfisher.
    My AHL # is MAAIT10438.

    Please help.
