Quality of any organanization is measured by how they handle compaints or issues.
I received unprofessional service by kingfisher airlines for the baggages I have lost in my flight from SFO to chennai with the last leg being via kingfisher airlines from columbo to chennai.
On arrival the representative did not enter my claim for lost baggages . I had to call him multiple times for 8 hours before i received an AHL number from kingfisher. Second, the kingfisher airline refused to follow up on my lost baggage stating that they did not receive any confirmation from the previous airline though as per IATA the last airline that you travel with is the party responsible for claims and tracking lost baggages. Third no customer support for lost baggages available via phone or online. One needs to go to the kingfisher office in airport to track one's lost baggages.
I need help to get my baggages back and i am not getting much from kingfisher.
My AHL # is MAAIT10438.
Please help.
