We bought a plot and when we checked with mr jagannathan .he asked us to pay about 2 lacs for tax updation,khatha and incidental charges,which we did and are holding the receipt for the same.now his son always gives excuses and nothing is done so far.will someone do something about this group and stop them from cheating people

Dear All,

I had called up Vhf office in Hosur while i was in vacation in Bangalore and they told me that Bharath is out of town and will be available only by the 16th of July, as i was unable to make it because i had to return back to abu dhabi on the 14th of july.

As Savitha the receptionist who is in the office assured me that since i have the patha documents i need not worry and the teak woods are growing big enough, but only words dont impress me as i will have to see the rate of the land which is impressing me as she told approx. 1 Lakhs for one acre of land in our sites and i feel they are not sure of anything, we all have to get together and pressurise Bharath to send us the actual facts and figures of the same and almost 4 to 5 years are still balance for the handing over of the responsibility to vhf owners.

We will surely have to wait and watch, if anyone has any news please feel free to share with other owners.

I have tried contacting the offices in Hosur & chennai there is answer we were wondering whats going on we need to sell get the market value for the land if anyone knows their where abouts pl let us know

We are on the verge of selling our land in Bagalor Hosur.If things dont work out as planned then we will take them to court .
