Dear Sir

I ordered the 4 combo pizza deal from Dominos & when I received the pizzas 2 of them were burnt & not edible I called them back & they delivered 4 fresh pizzas. To my surprise even 2 from this lot were burnt. I opened & showed those to the delivery boy who acknowledged the fact & I made him talk to the dominos outlet manager.

As per managers request I sent back 2 pizzas from original delivery & 2 pizzas from replacment delivery back to him to show him that these were burnt & not edible. The manager did not had the Courtesy to call me back.

I had the picture of all these pizzas and complained to their customercare though the outlet manager called me few times & came to meet me with a free pizza but they are not ready to give a written reply to my written complaint.

Can i file a claim for damages as I was let down in front of my colleagues twice to whom i was giving treat with the pizza. How much damages can I claim and what are chances of judgement in my favour
