Sub : Refund of program fee Rs. 15000.00 from SCDL Pune

Respected Sir,

I would like to inform & request you that, I have taken admission in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune in PGDBA course for the year 2009 but due to some reason I could not continue the course accordingly I requested for refund of my submitted fee of Rs. 15000.00 but they has refused to refund the same, details as follows.

1. I have deposited 1st installment fee of Rs.15000.00 vide DD.no. 233972 dtd. 09/11/2009.

2) I have informed for cancellation of registration & refunds of submitted fee vide e-mail on dtd. 17/12/2009

3) They have denied refunding the submitted fee because I should have informed for cancellation on or before 11/09/2009, which was last date of cancellation of the registration.

4) How is it possible to inform to SCDL for cancellation before getting registration which was taken in the month of Nov'2009 and the cancellation of the registration was 11th Sep'2009.

5) I have requested to SCDL for refund of my submitted fee as per norms of DEC. But they are not interested to refund of any amount.

I am regularly requesting from Dec'2009, Now I have become total mentally harassed and helpless. May kindly look in the matter & help for get refund of submitted fee of Rs. 15000.00 from SCDL.
