I am using aircel mobile service when i was in china all incoming calls was coming from private no except airtel no I have made several complains but till the date no action has been taken.so many times the called me after complain we will reverse all amount which was from private nos. in the same time while international roaming in Srilanka i was returning service provider disconnected all calls incoming outgoing my flight was delayed i was unable to received sms i made complain to service providers.
from 22 nd Nov to 26 Nov i was in Kolkata i was carrying same no in the same time my flight was delay no sms or call able to received they disconnected my all call in the mean time i am losing my business.
their first bill was approx 3000.00 that i told them to adjust amount they adjusted balance they are telling first deposit amount 1400.00 then only i will start connections.
you are requested what i can do because i am losing business
