    Default SunDirect DTH- not responding for my complaint

    Dear Sir,

    I took Sun Direct TDH service in one and half year back. Recently i.e two months back they have changed to new satilite. Due to this reason some of the channels like Maa TV, Gemini Movies etc. are not coming. Even other channels which are coming but not visible properly. In the Place of Missed channels there is a message that "due to change of satilite, these channel is can't disply and request you to complaint your nearest Sun Direct dealer or call to customer care. Our local represenative will come and resolve the problem with free of cost". Then i went to a dealer where we purchased the dish. He said with in few days the problem will be resolved. And also i called to the dealer as well as Sun Direct Customer care office somany times. Cusotmer service representative use to tell us that within 24 hours your problem will resolve. But till date no one resolved the problem. But we are paying for all channels available in South Super Pack (Telugu). Today i.e. 30.11.10 one representative came to our village, and he said that if we pay Rs. 100/- to him then only he do the rectification otherwise i won't. But i denayed to pay the amount and same think i complainted to their woner M/s. Chandra Mouli Enter Prises, 7 Raod Jn, Srikakulam-532001 Ph. 08942-645111. But he was not taken any action. And again i called to Customer care @ 040-39407575, they said the same thing. i.e we will resolve the problem within 24 hours. I really fedup with their services and i need seviour action tobe taken on both the dealer and the service provider i.e. Su Direct DTH Services. Please give me the suggestion what i have to do?.

    Default Sundirect not viewing

    Dear sir/ madam,
    sundirect dish tv last one month not comming so please action at your end. Already i am comblined several time over phone & email also till time not action at your end minimum 45 days is over when will clear the sundirect dish please confirm. Please confirm this is solved or not please we will purchases another direct dish we will order with in 1/2 hour fixing no issues. Sundirect no action at your end already informed we will come which time till tilme not told why? This position what action at your end.
