Sir my name is vinay aggarwal, please help me one of HDFC D.S.A. call me on 15.03.10 for car loan. I accepted his offer and after 10 days he call me your loan is rejected for some reason but he told me i am send you new car with my refrence, you just give me the downpayment 2,10,200 and on 29.03.2010 Arun sharma (D.S.A. owner), and other 3 persons come on my home and give me new car and collect the amount, I told him please give me slip of amonut than he says sir i am give the new car only in half amount and u are not beleive me, after few days loan is done than i'll give you the payments slip and other car papers. But after 4 month loan is done, than i am goto the showroom talk the person than he help me and done the loan for mahindra & mahindra bank not in HdFC.
After that i told the showroom guy pls give me my car paper thank he says vinay ji your car amount is not clear, aurn sharma pay only 45,000/- with on blank check, he is not give the balance amount. sir Please take action aganist arun sharma and showroom.
