    Post very poor service of idea

    postpaid connection of idea no 9540691439,9540795222 and he told me that your connection will started within 72 hours. but after 5 days my connection was not started and contact no of that company/agency who given me connection is switch off.after that again i have taken connection from cannought place office,and then i want my refund of rs500 from previos agency but they r not giving any responce So please take an action regarding that. Because they are killing my money and time...
