I am another unfortunate Club Mahindra member. Lured and duped into this totally unethical and inconsiderate holiday service provide. Here are my membership details before I go any further with the grievance narration:

But I should admit that if I had visited this website before I enrolled as a member, I probably would not have become one.

Though enrolled as a member since March 2010 after a down payment of Rs. 34534, I have never been able to take a single holiday from them. Each time you call them for a holiday booking/request, they don’t have availability. But you should appreciate their promptness on getting back to us for any pending payments (ASF payments etc). And never expect them to get back to you for anything related to your satisfaction of concern on this product. Worst are their customer care personals. Never expect any empathizing or convincing words from them for all your anguish. They are rude to the core and sound as though we are expecting some free service.
My dear friends it is hard earned money of over 3.5 Lakhs and how can you people take it so lightly. Every time you call them to book a holiday, you end up having a high blood pressure. They have not been able to provide me a single holiday till date and this resulted in spending additional sum of over Rs. 12000 for a holiday elsewhere. So all you people out there, is it worth investing on such a scrap???
Each time I call them I also end up wishing if I can get back all the money whatever I have paid so far. Club Mahindra holiday, are you listening. Can you please, please give back my money???? And all those money were never earned easily. I had only though that I would not have to worry about my holiday for rest of my life. But it looks like I would keep worrying each time I call you for a holiday for rest of my life. If you are the ones who are going to dictate when I take my holidays and when I should not, then why do I need a membership with you. I can plan my holidays in a better way.
Final words please make arrangements to refund all the money I have paid so far.

PS: I have a sincere and whole hearted plan of making aware about the way you people provide the service to as many people as possible. I also wish this is brought to each and ever Indian through our media and news channels.
