Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Ashok Kumar from Gurgaon. I placed an application of 16(sixteen) lots for the Coal India IPO through Karvy.But after few days I came to know that due to some technical problem they were unable to process my request. Now they are trying to find an escape point and making excuses to justify their failure. I tried to contact them through email asking for the reason and this time they said that due to inadequate funds they were unable to process the request. I have enough proofs to show that I had adequate fund before submitting my IPO application No is-37281781 .My cheque also hasn’t been returned to me till now.I talked to registrar also. I am suffering from mental harrasment due to this. I am thinking to take a strong action against them now and wanted to know what all options I have.
