Dear Sir/Madam,

I was working with Excel Hosptality Services Banbalore,and I left the company wef 05th June 2010.I had submitted my PF withdrawal form to my regional office in last week of Oct 2010, immediately when i received my Full and Final settlement. is saing i not give the pf.

However, my company has still not processed my PF form and sent it to KNB Bangalore.

Everytime, when i write to my HR team, they say that it is pending for inhouse formalities.They say that they need to show that I am unemployed for atleast 3 months but its more than 3 months now and actually I am unemployed till date.Hence all the necessary formalities are completed.Inspite of the same, the company is not doing the needful they only ternfer the PF i don`t Want tensfer i withdaral pf pls help me sir
