Dear Sir

This is to bring to your kind notice the difficulties facedby me on account of Kingfisher resulting in financial loss to me, not to mention the mental stress.
I had booked 4 tickets in flight no 3446 departing on 6 Nov2010 from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore. The four tickets were in 3 PNRs asgiven below.
1. BFIOVV: In the name of Jayaprakash Patra and MstrAvaneesh patra. This was an award ticket.
2. GYJMYH: In the name of Shreeyasmita Mohanty. This was arevenue ticket.
3. HGUCHZ: In the name of Jayaprabha Patra. This was arevenue ticket.
On 5th Nov, I was informed that the flight on 6th iscancelled on account of "operational issues" and there are no flightsavailable to Bangaloreincluding connecting flights. Hence we were booked on the same flight on 07thNov. However on 6th I was informed that the flight on 7th too is cancelled onaccount of "operational issues".
When I pleaded with the Customer service assistant for anyavailable light I was told it is not available and the best that can be done isto give me a full reimbursement of the amount including reversal of my KingClub mileage. After trying for couple of minutes I decided to cancel all 4tickets and did so. Thereafter I booked four tickets on the next availableflight to Bangalore,which was in 9th on Indigo, which cost me INR 34724.
I also had to cancel a return ticket on Kingfisher from Bangalore to Hyderabadon 10 Nov (return on 11 Nov) that cost me an additional INR 1500. The PNR ofthe Bangalore Hyderabad return ticket is FTMOLJ. Cancellation reference being -0900470173158. This also resulted in my failing to turn out for importantofficial meetings in Hyderabadon 10th and 11th Nov.
However on the morning of 7th I was told the flight no 3446from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore is reinstated and I should contactcustomer care. When contacted I was told that two of my tickets are confirmedand the third (PNR - HGUCHZ) is not confirmed. I failed to understand how canthis when I had cancelled all four tickets. Either all tickets should not beavailable or all should be available. There was no convincing answer. Then Ipleaded for a ticket on 8th or 9th. I was firmly told no seats available onthose two dates. Hence I cancelled the three tickets.
On 8th while doing a random search on Kingfisher website to mysurprise I found enough tickets available on 9th and booked the same at INR27128 (PNR - ISTHGQ). Then I cancelled Indigo ticket at a penalty of INR 3000.
Needless to mention that I have spent more than 4 hourstaking to your customer service assistants from 5th Nov to 8th Nov.
I have completed my travel and realized the following.
1. I have received full refund on cancellation of the awardticket (BFIOVV).
2. I have received refund for only one ticket and the otherone is yet to be refunded.
I have been flying Kingfisher and never have I been put toso much of inconvenience / stress by any air line. In addition to the stress ithas resulted in a financial loss of INR 20900 (Ticket on 9th for 27128+Indigocancellation penalty of 3000+Kingfisher bangalore Hyderabad cancellation of1500-Original value of KF ticket of 10728).

I had raises complaints on Kingfisher airlines on 10th and 20th of Nov 2010, including writing a mail to its chairman's address, but till date I have not received any response.
