    Angry Poor coverage and no response for my complaint from airtel 121, nodal & appellate

    I am being the customer of Airtel for the last 8 years with 5 Airtel numbers, i enjoyed the Airtel coverage (4 to 5 Points of signal strength) in Veeriampalayam, Sitra, Coimbatore upto 2008. After that my coverage dropped(0 to 1 point max) and i am unable to make any calls or receive the calls because of that i am unable to call my family members even at emergency situation & vice versa

    I had complained the issue to 121, the relied me to remove and reinsert the sim & to change the hand set . I tried as per their advice but there is no improvement, again i keep on mailing to them then they told that to wait for 10 & 14 days.

    i waited for 4 months again no response, i mailed to nodal officer, the same reply ( re insert the sim, change the hand set, wait for 14days) no improvement, finally they told that they will improve the coverage in next expansion, i am help less then had on reliance number for my communications

    then i reported to Appellate officers, again i got the recorded reply mail. Even after sending 50 mails i didn't get any support from Airtel so that i faced lot of loss and lost lot of communications & Customers and mentally i am suffered a lot

    I didn't expect these type of irresponsible support & response from airtel from top to low support peoples

    I request you to register the complaint and do the needful to improve the coverage

    Dear Sir, still now my complaint has not been resolved, i am not getting coverage for my all 4 mobiles what to do with the mobile and connection?
