I purchased a Q7 Micromax mobile on 12\06\2010 due to some problem in handset i submitted on 28/06/2010 to
Micromax Mobile Service Center in Laxmi Nagar, They said to me it will take time one week so you have to come after 7 days i went for taken my mob after 7 days, they told to me again it will take time one week more after one week no response is there and with in next two week service center is closed/stoped.
However i got my mobile after 1 and half months and they gave me new micromax service center address than i went there

I submitted on 28/09/2010 to Micromax Mobile Service Center in Laxmi Nagar,
On 28/09/2010 and they asked me to come after 10 days and gave me job card. Till now its more than 2 months my mobile has not been repaired they are saying it send to the company come after 10 days. The head office is also not giving me any response nor they are picking up my call
Please tel me how can i get my mobile back.....

Charger failure I purchased a Q7 mobile in july2010 and its charger failed in Oct2010 since then i am running around to get the charger replaced but till date i have failed . I am in contact with micromax service in Dist center janakpuri. The charger is not in stock
SCREEN q7 Dear Sir,
Glass of Q7 is not getting in the market of Delhi NCR, I am fed up of this by going each and every possible shop .
Kindly Suggest, what to do if after sale service is not good.

regarding the body of Micromax Q7 Mobile Sir,
I had purchased Q7 model set on 18/08/2011.The glass of that set had broken on 25/08/2011. I had given it to the service center at Kannur,Kerala (Sahar Communications)two times,they also told me that they had ordered the body to the company and they replied me that the company is not providing them the required products. Till this date it had not been repaired..So please take necessary steps.
