Dear Sir/Madam,

I am consumer of Vodafone from many years. I regular paid my bills without any delay of last dates.
Today (27.11.2010) my vodafone sim blocked by vodafone and when i call 111 help line, they told me that i have to visit any vodafone store and to replace my sim with my id proof documents.
(Today Saturday they stopped my sim and tomorrow will be Sunday, the holiday. Its mean the matter will be solve on Monday only.)
They blocked my sim without any prior intimation to my no. 9610420924 and another number 9828020924.
I want to know that how can they stopped outgoing facility of my number without any prior intimation.
This is totally harassment with me.
Please register my complain against this Vodafone company and give me favour please.
