Dear Sir,

This refers to our Transfer Letter No.09 Dt : 15/09/1996 by which we sent 300 shares of above company as per details mentioned below,for transfer vide Registered Post and same were received by you on 25/09/1996.

But it is very much disappointing that after so long period of almost 15 years we are not in receipt of transferred shares in our names till date. It is very much unfortunate that neither company nor RTA of company take care of reminders sent to them on various dates.

In this connection we had sent several reminders to company on various dates as mentioned herewith : 19.12.1996 20.01.1997 23.03.1997 12.05.1997 23.07.1997 28.09.1997 and 06.10.1997. But unfortunately all are unreplied by the company.

We now heard that shares of company get listed on exchanges and traded frequently.

We hereby earnestly request you to please help us to get our transferred shares immediately.
