dishtv subscription

Sir i am abhishek pandey my vc number is 01504532186 . I was paid rs 650 before 6 days to dish tv through online banking on 21 november 2010 and today 27 november 2010. And i regularly call as well as mail. But they are not going to tell anything satisfactory. And when i call tehy said please wait for 2 hrs i will solve the problem for your complaint. And at today i spend rs 500 in my phone as well as internet and as i am the student i waste my longer time to talk with these people. And during this period my dishtv connection is cut 2 times for not paying the subscription. Pls see and tell that what can i do for that.
