I purchased a lap top from dell by online payment.I had ordered for Inspiron 5010 but the laptop deliverd to was Inspiron 4010 a lower version of the laptop. I have been in contact with the dell people since Oct 28 and lodged a complaint with the case no-7867678.However i am not getting any psitive reply from their side and they are making flimsy excuses and denying me refund of my amount.
