    Default Beware of Lifecell International

    Hi,

My CRM no-100703268.I would like to narrate my terrible experience with the so called organisation called "Lifecell International".I became a member of lifecell in June 2010 after making an initial payment of Rs 5700 but yet to receive the welcome kit and contract papers till date despite calling their customer care numerous times.Everytime they say they will get back but never get back.I have spoken/mailed one of their employees Ms Manjusha who sits in Mumbai several times but in vain, surprisingly even the EMI's are not deducted from july till date. There is absolutely no response whatsoever and I seriously doubt if my sample is even preserved.I failed to do proper research before chosing this orgainsation and frustrated with my decision of opting for lifecell and dont recommend this organisation to any parent.I have shared the same feedback with Dr Asmitha Thakurdesai (Sushruth Nursing Home,Mumbai) who influenced us to go with this organization.Even good doctors are getting bad name because of such organizations.

I urge the organization to refund my amount as I dont trust this organization anymore.Iam hoping for some response from them atleast after posting this comment.

    Regards
    Prashant

    Hi,

My CRM no-120002700020. I would also like to write my terrible experience with the "Lifecell International". When I became a member of lifecell in April 2012 they provide me offer of free pram with registration and initial payment of Rs 6000, but i havent received the pram yet.
The painful area is even after lodging numerous complaints against the behavior of sales and customer care representatives
there is still no action and all complaints are in vain.
I would like to warn everyone from such organizations who lure with such bogus offers in short if we say in terms of law "False information for product marketing" specially LifeCell International Private Ltd.
I would also like to suggest that an appeal for the same can be filed in Consumer Court or even higher courts against these organizations.

    Regards
    Nikhil Gupta
