My Airtel disconnected permanently without any prior intimation
Hi ,

I am with Airtel since last 10 year. Due official work have to move to UK for an official work & I have activated the international roaming on my number (9741646666). I have made the payment till I was using the number & due to some financial issue I was not able to make the payment on time. Now I have been chased by Collection team without any notification over mail & when I called customer care and come to know that my number have been disconnected permanently due to Zero usage and this was even shocking for me.

I have already sent thee mail to Airtel customer care but no response.

I am still in international roaming & without any notification my number is disconnected & I am really feeling helpless now, as this number circulated to my friends & relatives and even this number has been configured to financial services like bank and etc. Disconnecting of this number & re-issueing will be a security breach to my personal as well as official life.

be great if you can remove the late fee charges & let me know the exact amount.
