As we know, in Bangalore there are so many consultancy.


On 26.11.2010 I received a call from White Horse Manpower Consultancy. One of my friend was using my phone number and now I am using that no. When I informed the Lady (she was addressing her as an HR) from WHMP consultancy that I am not the right person you are talking to; and I gave my friend's phone number immediately. Then she started asking nonsense questions to me. I came to know that she has some EGO problem and DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO OTHERS. I don't know how this Consultancy keeps her as an HR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now a days, almost every consultancies call every candidates and provide wrong information about job profiles and make them to attend the interview. The main reason behind this behavior of any consultancy is ---- increase the count of the candidate to fulfill their target to earn some incentives.

White horse Manpower is the perfect example.

They say---- Openings are going on, come down to our consultancy..

If you ask----- is it suitable for my profile?
They say ---- do not worry, You will get job.

After attending the interview candidate comes to know that openings are exactly opposite to their profile (Like: Voice process --> Non voice process/ Customer support --- Technical support etc....).

The consultancy people call you many times with different different employees, even though you mentioned the job profile for you.

They can't give you jobs my friends..... If you want jobs then you have to struggle a lot.. One of my professor told us. "Neither God nor Devil is responsible for your tears, You own create your destiny."

Obviously, some consultancies are good enough like PN, DD, B&W etc..
But the WHMP is s**king and their employees are s**ker... They don't have any manners. They are actually s*** and they say they are HRs.

They do not even know the meaning of HR......

I have met them to their location. It's in Shivajinagar, Bangalore.

Friends...
Do not go there.....
IF someone does not know how to speak with candidates then how can they provide you jobs......... ?????????????????

My conversation with One Foolish Lady HR:

" Me: hello
Fool Lady: Hello, ahhhn ahhhn, can I speak to XYZ?
ME: Sorry. She changed her number, can you take her another number?
Fool Lady: Yes.
(Then I gave the no.) after take down the number, she asked me directly....
Fool Lady: Tell me something about yourself.
(I was shocked that how could she asking me that)
Me:Why you are asking my profile.
Fool Lady: May I know whom I am talking to?
Me: I am Sumit.
Fool Lady: You are looking for job right?
Me: Who told you?
Fool Lady: Dude! I am doing my job that's why I am asking.
(She does not know to who she should call 'DUDE')
Me: May I know the purpose of you call?
Fool Lady: You don't need a job or what?
(Like: she is the MD of all CAT-A companies)
Me: Please drop the call.. I have given you the right person's no.. better you contact her.
Fool Lady: no no....(something she wanted to say.. But I cut the call.)

FL: Hello, am I speaking to XYZ?
XYZ: yes, tell me.
FL: are you looking for job?
XYZ: yes.. but purely NV job.
FL: tell me something about yourself.
XYZ: (told the details)
FL: Your communication is very poor and you will never get a job in Infosys, IBM like companies.
XYZ: that's my problem.
FL: ok tell me your previous company and why you left the company?
XYZ: company name is ******* and I had some personal issues thats the reason I left that company.
FL: What was the personal issues?
XYZ: I can not tell you.
FL: why can't you tell me?
XYZ: no.
FL: you will not get any job......
(Cut the call....)

Now, we both friends are using N-72 handset and we have the recordings of these conversations. The FOOL HR DOES NOT KNOW TO WHOM SHE TALKED. I WILL SUE HER.
