    Below is the mail I sent to Reliance netconnect explaining in detail the issues I had to face since the day I subscribed to their services.

    Dear Mr. Customer Care Executive

    This is regarding the Reliance Broadband service No. 9357712879 in the name of Ms. Ruchika Chopra.
    I am employed with Infosys chandigarh and I was given this connection under the corp. scheme. In fact through my references (through infosys's internal FORUM) reliance got at least three more customer. Through this mail, I wish to bring it to your notice the 'poor' level of service by your company at every possible service point. Starting with the broad band speed/frequent connectivity issues to poor customer care,infrequent delivery of bills and broken feedback system integrated in the website.

    1. At the time of enrollment i opted for the 1GB day+ 10GB night plan as your sales person marketed that all plans over monthly rent of 900+ are eligible for Rs.200 discount valid for 1st 12 months. To my surprise my plan got changed without any request made by me and i was billed wrongly.

    2. When I tried to inform the customer care throught the website's feedback section/link i always got a prompt something like there is an error please try later. Then I tried to reach the customer care through live chat and after all the pleasentries (which usually took 5-10 mins) the
    connection used to get lost and i had to start over. It was amazing how the customer care could only track a case/chat history through a case No. and not through customer's connection/broadband No.

    3. So, after chatting with 4-5 cust. care exective i managed to put my issue accross. But None of the exec.s could explain me how my plan got changed without my request. Anyways, by the time they could come with a resolution I was charged late fees. So, Instead of getting a discount of Rs. 200 I ended up paying more rent+ usage and late fees was icing on the cake.

    4. I came to know about this discrepent billing when one fine day suddenly the modem could only connect via "1-X" connection speed instead of "HSD". and upon chatting with cust. care exective i came to know that this happened as i delayed bill payment.

    5. Now coming to the best part, the modem was completely denied of connection by the dearest "remote server" another fine day and this time the reason again was delay in bill payment.

    6. It's been about a month now since the services were discontinued and now i've recieved a bill with rental of the month during which the services were discontinued.

    I wish to ask here a few questions if you care to help me with.

    1. How can pay the bill when I am not getting the Bill and have no clue as how much is to be paid?

    2. Why were the services discontinued, Without any warning mail, sms, call or letter?

    3. If the services to my connection were discontinued, why am I asked to pay the rental for said period?

    It's really a shame that one of the companies under Reliance group has such a pathetic level of customer service/communication.

    I hope this complaint is sufficient for getting my services disconnected, and my dues waived off.
    Please let me know in case any more information is required from my side.

    As I was submitting this complaint, a recovery agent representing M/s Reliance NetConnect, visited my residential address, where my mother in law was alone and threatened to drag us to court.

    Are the quality standards for Service being held up by M/s Reliance NetConnect or being totally neglected is for you to decide.

    Default misuse of reset facility

    ref : data card no. 07483150546
    sub: wrong resetting of data card
    I am user of reliance broadband connection almost for 3-4 months. However during last recharge for Rs1500/- from JUMBO NOVELTIES/Yelahanka/Bangalore, I am unable to use the net connection due to its non-connectivity all the time. On enquiry from your customer care centre at Yelahanka , I came to know that the datacard is reset on somebody's request vide case id no. 166628253 dt 26/11/2011at 09:03 pm.
    I think you will understand that after recharging for such huge amount of Rs 1500/- , I will never reset and make my balance zero without using the net services for the amount paid. Infact , your officials dealing such cases should be carefull enough not to carry out resetting when large balances are lying unutilised in somebody's account.
    I my case somebody has played mischief ie either your company side or the person from JUMBO NOVELTIES/Yelahanka/Bangalore.
    I WANT YOU TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND LET ME KNOW THE PHONE NO. VIDE WHICH A REQUEST FOR RESET WAS MADE TO YOUR COMPANY. OR OTHERWISE RESET MY A/C ONCE AGAIN TO GET MY BALANCES AS ON 26/11/2011 CREDITED BACK TO MY A/C AND RESTORE THE SERVICES AT THE EARLIEST.

    Hi

    I am really upset with the customer service provided by the reliance. I had a netconnect connection 8595440760. I had raised a request for its termination on august 30th. I have received a call on 14th September from retention desk that they are offering me free service for a month and after that if i wish to continue the service then i can use it at monthly rental of Rs.500 for 5GB day and 5GB night usage.

    But the problem is that despite of retention desk promise of free service. I had received a bill of 673 for the month. I had raised two complaints on October 22nd against that with ticket ids 189987305 and 189986944. One was against that executive who had made the false promise and one was of termination because of unethical business practice followed by retention team to retain a customer by making false promises.

    After complaining, i had received a call after from reliance that they are really sorry for the inconvenience and whatever promise was made earlier will be fulfilled and I will receive a confirmation call from reliance in 2-3 days and they had closed my above complaints with this assurance.

    But after that, I have found that my services were suspended and after talking to customer care executive about the issue, I got to know that they have processed my earlier termination request and they cant resume it. Only web world people can resume this and they had again lodged my complain again with id

    this is really pathetic. There are three parallel systems are going on. customer care, retention desk and web world. I am really fed up with continuous harassment and really don't want to use this service again. I had requested them to send my final bill after waiving off extra bill amount but haven't received till date. My services are suspended and i haven't paid the bill and after 3 months i am getting threat calls from reliance. They are threatening me of legal case. I have all the email communication and tickets ids with me. Please help me in this case
