I had purchased DELL Inspiron Laptop in December 2009 from Vijay Sales. I have loaded official version of Windows 7, Office 7 and Mcafee software in my laptop.. From June 2010 the system (Laptop)
a) is unable to update Windows (Gives an error 80072EE2)
b) is unable to update Windows Defender (Gives an error 80072EFD)
c) is unable to update Mcafee updates
I have tried calling the Technical Support but they do not respond properly to my calls... They have refused to my request for a service engineer to be sent to my residence to check my laptop and rectify the problem. The Technical Support simply disconnect the call made to them and refused to call back... Regret to have purchased this laptop and want a stern action to be taken against them for not providing and after sales Technical Support.. Their service if to be rated on a scale from 0 to 5, all I would like to state that their poor service cannot be graded even as "0"... It will be far less than "0"... It should be rated "-5". Could anybody help me take action against DELL - India???
