    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I want to log complaint against Airtel Connection Services .
    My Husband Name .Mr.Vinod Kumar
    Mobile No:9981534755
    Place :Bhopal

    Using a Airtel connection from last four years, now my husband recieve sms that Your Document not as per government rules and regulation so ssubmit document soon to avoid any problem.

    Madam why these company playing with us,wasting our time and money,making people fools.
    There are nop strict rule for companies

    There is no action taken by airtel against lady representative of airtel customer relationship store,situated at indrapuri,near bhel bhopal.
    My husband no is 9981594755 and 8085157632 .
    second number one is new number .

    Lightbulb disconnection of my prepaid connection air tel

    All these mail are sent to airtel nodal officer kerala. no reply yet

    Sir,

    Even after my repeated request to the Nodal officer, my SIM is not reactivated yet. I took the duplicate SIM on 6-12-2010 and communicated the SIM number so many times to the Nodal officer. If my SIM is not reactivated with balance with in 2 days , I will be forced to take up the issue with consumer forum and Min of telecom. I am working as a senior officer In MIn of defence. For me itself no proper reply was provided yet, then I can imagine the case of a comman man.

    As per the telephonic conversation with the nodal officer, I have taken the duplicate SIM from the Airtel branch at Chemmumukku, Kakanad after submitting the application form and address proof on 6-12-2010. Till now my SIM is not activated. Kindly reactivate the Sim with earlier balance and GPRS period

    Madam,


    I am using the above prepaid connection mainly for GPRS( mobile office).Till 2-12-2010, afterwards I was not getting the airtel network coverage at all in my mobile. After enquiry to your customer care , I found that, my sim was disconnected. I was having the min balance of Rs 18 also I have recharged for Rs 474 for 9 months GPRS unlimted pack on 24-10-2010 as reference 2 cited above. Kindly reactivate my sim along with balance and unlimited GPRS usage for 7months 20 days more at the earlist

    Unhappy About deactivation of hallo tune service

    Dear sir,
    I am using airtel no. 9970011868 from last 2 year.
    Today dated 02/01/2011 at 05.00 PM Sunday i was talking about my recharge scheme. During this conversation suddenly a SMS come on my mobile at 05.13 PM that " Thanks you for using Hello Tunes,Your service has been Deactivated. " i was talking about my recharge scheme. I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE HELLO TUNE. I have paid Hello tune charges advance for 90 days. I dont want to deactivate hello tune because i have paid for 90 days and without my request airtel costumer care representative deactivate hello tune. I Again i call on 121 about this complaint but he is not ready to listen me. at 05.12 PM same date I Call to speak C.Care Supervisor but he also not ready to listen me. I have paid charges. I have not given any request to Deactivate hello tune. why should i agree his mistake? why AIRTEL needs to cheat people?
    121 C. Care number is chargeable I spent my 5 Rs during this 3 call and my 1 hour time. C. Care representative give me personal trouble. please guide me. and take my complaint against Airtel.

    Angry Suddenly my no got disconnect at 1 :30 pm on 09/03/2011

    Suddenly my no got disconnect at 1 :30 pm on 09/03/2011, when i tried to see balance ,
    it is showing as service time out. some time congestion. Kindly look in to issue.

    Default Poor BSNL service

    BSNL is very Poor company with his service center & Network problems.

    BSNL don’t have any customer service in Sunday I tried many times & I was waiting more than 1-2 hrs someone hear my complain but no one is there.

    I paid my bill on 1st Sat Dec 2012 but still my outgoing facility is stopped & Till time means 3 Dec 2012 9:12 A.M.

    I am farmer I don’t have other network card with me, Now I am facing communication problem with Market & it is affecting my financial business.

    I am staying at Shardanagar, Koparagaon Dist - Ahemadnagar. There is very Poor BSNL network we are unable make calls.

    I want to get this resolve with in time or improve the Network service in my Area & Want to get discount on my final bill because it is affecting financial business like market rate etc.
