    Default Complaint Against India's leading mobile service company Bharti Airtel

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I want to log complaint against Airtel Connection Services .
    My Husband Name .Mr.Vinod Kumar
    Mobile No:998534755
    Place :Bhopal

    Using a Airtel connection from last four years, now my husband recieve sms that Your Document not as per government rules and regulation so ssubmit document soon to avoid any problem.

    Madam why these company playing with us,wasting our time and money,making people fools.
    There are nop strict rule for companies.

    Please help us.

    Default Breach of civilians privacy by BSNL broadband.

    Jai Hind.
    Its very sad to declare that BSNL broadband is continuously playing with citizens privacy and fundamental rights as guaranteed by Constitution of India. Many times we recieve message while surfing internet : " untrusted connection ". Many times we dont get connected to the Internet as " the remote server did not respond ". Thus no procedures, rules or norms are obeyed inside BSNL. This is utter violation of citizens Rights of freedom of speech and expression (Article19) and Right of personal liberty (Article 21) apart from default in service, negligence, arbitrariness and thereby depriving citizens of their privacy, fundamental rights,freedom and causing them wrongful loss in many cases.
    BSNL must be made accountable and responsible to respect citizens privacy, dignity and freedom as guaranteed under Constitution of India.

    Default Complaint against Airtel Broadban Service Provider

    I have airtel broadband plan 799. I was informed that my plan is unlimited upload/download plan. I will not be charged any extra payment for using DSL. I my current bill they have charged me Rs 200 as DSL Usage Charges. What a hell is this?? I am very disappointed..

    Default Airtel - Having Cheapest - Non sesen Customer Support

    I have activated daily sms pack from aitrel prepaid. But when I tried to deactivate the same by using the airtel no. *321*491# and using *321*491*5* it shows message that I am not a subscriber, though my a/C. Balance is deducting daily.

    I have called customer care centre for this problem:
    one executive said me that I must deactivate the same using one and only way *321*491#, (though that was not working) he said me that he can not deactivate from there (by himself).

    I have called then second time one another executive replied me the same for this query, he gave me another no. *110#, but that was also not working.

    I have called third time one executive constantly saying me that I must do with suing the no. *321*491#, I have strictly said tht its not working at all.. I said that waht can I do now.. they replied me that there is no another way.. I said my a/C. Balance is deducting daily... they replied me that they can't do from there... now what can I do ??

    I have called then forth time, one another executive now I get. He replied me that he will deactivate from there (by himself). And the pack also deactivated.

    Now see the matter and entire case.. for a single query.. all four executives answers something new, something else, all have very different knowledge though having work in same company.

    What I got with forth executive, that answer all other three was not answering - they were also "unaware" for this answer.

    This all shows non sense / Executives...... I have also call recordings for the talk.

    Default Airtel mobile deducting my money automatically without using any service

    Dear Sir,
    My mobile no is Airtel 9902190384, Last 3 months my Recharged money from my mobile automatically goes off. last 22/06/11 I recharged my mobile with Rs 500 and 24/07/11 all amount empty. I use only local call 2-3 call/day. when I contacted Airtel they say, from my mobile airtel live broweser browsing thats the reason all amount goes offf. I never use this service, and my mobile used by me only. how can it browse automatically without my knowledge. only every day 3-4 massages im geting that your last call charges Rs 8.30. Kindly direct this company to pay back all my money which they deducted. I think airtel is looting its customer by introducing these kind of service, and automaticaly deducting consumer money from their mobile.

    Using Airtel connection from 3 years. Now they are deducting balance for their service that i did not activate ,
    I even called at their customer center service, they say I have activated the service, I even mailed them
    regarding the balanced deduction from my balance they said that the service was activated through sms,
    which I did not do it, and they refunded Rs 08 for the deduction of my balance. where they had deducted
    my balance several time charging me each time Rs 05 for one of their services. On 28 October 2011
    they deducted my balance of Rs 05 again for the service " Airtel Talkies Mumbai " .




    Please help me .

    I am facing a problem for the past few days,
    the Airtell deducted some amount daily as "Last Call Charges".
    What is it means? I am a pre-paid holder.
    I am not at all using the SMS or any other activities through phone.
    Only using to talk and receiving the calls.
    Can you do to resolve my problems.

    Unhappy Comaplain regarding the internet connection

    My complain is with regards to internet connection. Bharti Airtel was doing fraud with me. The company has not provide the internet connection though I have paid the money of Rs. 500 on 26th of July, 2011 and till now neither get the internet connection nor get my money back. I went to the Rajouri Garden branch which is near by my house but the concern person(Amit Singh) is still have the same answer that We will see the matter. After that I was talk to customer care twice but they said you got your money within 45 days but still I don't get my money.

    Is there somebody who help me?

    My mobile number is 9911997069 and I live in New Delhi, India.

    Myself Mohd.Nurul Huda & my mobile no is Airtel 9931194878, Using Airtel connection from 7 years.
    Now I am facing a problem for the past few days
    Last 3 weeks my Recharged money from my mobile automatically goes off. last 06/11/11 I recharged my mobile with Rs 20 [TransID 704558158] and my all 4 or 5 recharged amount empty. I use only local call 2-3 call/day.
    they are deducting balance for their service that i did not activate.
    I even called at their customer center service lots of times,
    I have called first 2 time customer care centre for this problem,
    both executive said me , sorry sir now our system updated that’s wise I can’t help you.

    I have called third time one executive [md . toufique] constantly saying me
    they say I have activated the Airtel mobile TV service,
    I never use this service, and my mobile used by me only. how can it can activated automatically without my knowledge.
    When I told plz I want to talk to your seniors than he just drop the my call.

    I have called then forth time, one another executive [rajesh sahu] He replied me the same things , but when I told that I just checks to press *121# 5 activate services but screen show me there are no services are activated on this no.(by himself). That executive don’t say any thing?
    I again told plz I want to talk to your seniors than he just say ok and I still waiting 18:20sec And the call are drop. This all shows non sense / Executives......
    I have also call recordings for the talk.
    I am very disappointed. I think airtel is looting its customer by introducing these kind of service, and automatically deducting consumer money from their mobile.

    I just decide that I just go for MNP . Dt: 10/11/2011 I fill the MNP form .
    but I just socked in the porting period ,again Dt:15/11/11 I recharged my mobile with Rs 10 [TransID: 731097259] my all money automatically goes off ?????
    Why airtel playing with us, wasting our time and money, making people fools.
    Dt: 16/11/2011 my no. are port successfully, but I want to justices?

    My airtel network is not working form yesterday dated 27.12.11.
    Today same problem is in the network so anybody tell me when this problem is sort out .
    From yesterday onwords i am facing lot off problem because airtel network problem.

    sir i m using airtel conection from last 2 years now i want to change my network so on 21stDEC 2011 i fill all the document with my Unique PortingID isAH385798 and this code is is expiry date is 05/01/2012 then after 10 days my documents send me back bec said the reasons yours code is not accepted by computer so send new code after the expiry of 1st code So plz port my no airtel to idea and i hope that the airtel will help me

    Default SIM disconnected without information

    Hi, Im Satish mo mobile no is 9791141008, this number im using for Airtel Live purpose, I got shocked after seeing the prompt message SIM registration is failed.I have around Rs 100 on main balance and Airtel Live amount of Rs 1700.I dropped mail to airtel nodal officer.I got response like they can refund only main balance amount they cant refund AIRTEL LIVE amount of Rs 1700.
    I have few questions if they cant refund Rs 1700 AIRTEL LIVE why they launched AIRTEL LIVE.
    Why AIRTEL they themself says they have best customer service and NO 1 in all.
    No customer will sit simply if they lost Rs 1700.
    I advice my friends not use AIRTEL LIVE service.
