Dt.15/11/10 IT – IT 3636 Delhi to Ahmedabad.

Firstly I was not aware about the change of terminal so I managed to reach Terminal – 3 with loads of proble, because I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids so it was a problem as the distance between terminal 1 & 3 is very long. We were out on a tour with a very hectic schedule so we were tired as well. The flight was scheduled to depart for Ahmedabad at 2130 hours on 15th Nov’10 but the flight departed on 0100 hours on 16th Nov’10. To add on to my surprise when I landed in Ahmedabad I did not get 01 piece of my luggage. The luggage carried all my children’s clothes which added to my grief. One of your executive Mr. Navil was there at Ahmedabad Airport and ensured me that he would check everything and let me know by 12 noon today, but surprisingly India’s only 5 star airline has not bothered about the customer’s luggage. Such pathetic customer service was not expected…. My elder son was crying at the airport as he knew he lost his brand new clothes where as the younger one is still unaware of what he has lost. Such a service was not expected….

4. Dev Dave (Younger son - 4 years.)

Luggage in my bag which i have not received yet.
1. Om Dave - 7 pairs clothes

3. Jignesh brand new woodland shoes
4. Om Dave - 5 pars of Banyan, under wear and socks.
5. Dev Dave - 5 pairs of banyan, under wear and socks.
6. Jignesh - 4 pairs of banyan, under wear and socks.
7. Wife's under garments.
8. Thermal wear of wife
9. Red led torch
10. Wife lakhanavi kurta
11. Wife tights
12. Kids Toys
12. Gift articles which i bought from Aagra
13. Kids belt.

I never expect service like this. Girl who seating on counter closed her counter imme. after giving my boarding pass.

And still waiting for...

Will you please let me know how would i proceed further ??????????
