Same thing happen with me too...Finally i did pay the amount that i should not pay...They don't discconect the number and send the monthly charges...


I would suggest everyone not to use Vodafone!!!!!!!!!!!

Now after so many days. I got call from Mr. Vikas Bansal Phone:+91-9818873639 he told me that Advocate Mr.Tarun Kumar Phone(+91-8860735847) sitting in Patiala Court Delhi has filed a case against me.

When I asked to Mr Tarun Kumar(+91-886075847), He told against you Phone +91-9823029463 which was disconnected, bill is not paid and you have to pay right now other wise come to Delhi for hearing. I told him there was proper closure of connection as my phone and I even visited vodafone store and checked the systems which shows I dont have any due. I came back to my office and then called the Tarun kumar he said how can I believe you and said give the mobile to vodafone guy he wants to talk to him. I said am back to my office. He said send me that no due letter now or case will be filed. I am very busy person and cant do all such things.

I am very unhappy by vodafone services. and want the resolution of the matter.

I am using vodafone since it was BPL, I always suggested family and fiends to use Vodafone. But now due to all these troubles I am planning to change all my numbers to some other Operator.

I cant take this unparliamentary language and Harassment by vodafone and really want to do something for it.

When I asked to Mr Tarun Kumar(+91-886073639), He told against you Phone +91-9823220233 which was disconnected in 2009 there is a bill of Rs 1359.00 and you have to pay right now other wise come to Delhi for hearing tomorrow. I told him there was proper closure of connection as my phone was theft and I asked customer care to close the connection and also paid all the Bills. Mr. tarun kumar asked me the settlement outside the court and paid Rs1359.00 to vodafone and send the receipt on mail ID tarunn.kumar09@gmail.com and done the same and asked for case closure Note, Even that I could not received.

It is illegal my phone was theft in 2009 I asked customer care to close the connection and I paid all the bills, after one year asking again to pay it. Even I am not sure as asked to pay the bill is genuine or illegal, when I asked to customer care regarding last bill they said account is closed and they are not able to see the bills.
