which I was using from Nov 2006 is expired on Nov,2009. I was about to request for cancellation of my card, since I was not happy with the services of HSBC.

I maintained zero purchase on the card from Last 1.6 Years. They have not returned the interest as I have cleared earlier but in Dec 2009 and May 2010 I got an Email stating I have to pay Rs 2000+2000 as part of annual charges and so.

Why should I pay when I am not owning any credit card? as well when i Purchase this card the HSBC people said it's an life time free card.
Now that 4000 they Put interest , Interest Now it become 12, 000RS.I have sent a mail clearly if you are remove this money, I am going to consumer court, Even though there is no reply from them.Please do something , Plese help us to solve this problem, These peoples really cheating

Let me know, how to deal with a company that don't have basic ethics in bussiness.

I am on financial crisis, and I could not able to pay the amount also. I request you to kindly do the needful for me with regard this.
