Tikona has literally tortured me mentally...disturbed me while i was working in my office . I have been complaining to there customer care and engineers from past 20 to 25 days and not have not received any positive response from them. In fact I have got tired and exhausted from their negative response and by calling them every second or third day .

these where the following complaint:-
1. poor speed and wifi connection
2. has not installed the wifi software on my other computer till now
3. they said they will provide the free anti-virus , but have not provided me yet
4. very bad technical support experience

I just want to file a case against tikona broadband for mental harassment.
