I recently purchased a sony ericcsion spiro handset from The Mobile store in hospet on 3/11/10.The mobile set started hanging/freezing the very next day.I took it back to The Mobile store after two days and they refused to replace the same when they had the 14day refund policy.I want to lodge a complaint against The Mobile store for selling Defective sets and refusing to give replacements once purchased .The Mobile store in jayanager bangalore had promised me for a replacement for 85% over the phone,I also visited them in person to clarify the same showing them the bill and they told me even if 14days were over they will replace the handset but the very next day when i went for replacement they refused telling me that they never said any thing about such replacements and wasted two days of my time making me loater round between the service center and the mobile store.And they started fighting with me rudely taking advantage of me being a single women to argue.I have also got the set handset services twice but still the problem is not solved.I seriously want justice for my money.I want to lodge a complaint against the sells executives for being rude
and refusing to replace the set even after servicing.Please help.
