I, B.N.Soans, the mandate holder for Mr Santhosh Kumar, submitt to the consumer forum the following complaint against wrongfull display of the CCFIL Loan that I had cleared in whole on the 25th of June 2010.
The Personal loan at Citi Financial - loan ac : 15317130 in the name of Mr.Santhosh Kumar was closed on the 25th of June 2010 .
Citi Financial on closing the loan as a whole had assured me that they will inform the CIBIL which they are a member off that they will provide the right information to clear the name of : santhosh Kumar from the CIBIL.
Mr.Santhosh Kumar had also applied for a CIBIL Report online paying a sum of Rs.142. The CIBIL has till date not sent Mr.Santhosh his CIBIL report which in other way has been displayed by them on their website which is here classified as a public document.
Wrongfull display of public document has affected the Credit rating of Mr.Santhosh Kumar leading to OPPORTUNITY LOSS to the tune of Rs.2 lakhs for Mr.Santhosh Kumar.

I, B.N.Soans being the mandate holder of Mr.Santhosh Kumar pray reuqesting advise and action to be taken against CIBIL and make Cibil update rightfull information on their website and compensate Mr.Santhosh Kumar for the loss he has undergone.
